來自法國的DJ Cam Quartet( 本名 Laurent Daumail) ，據說他在法國Hip-Hop樂界中的名聲就有如凱旋門之於巴黎一樣地響亮，早已享譽國際。

1995年時DJ Cam成立了獨立廠牌Street Jazz，發表首張專輯「Underground Vibes」廣被拿來與英國的Abstract Hip Hop/Trip Hop風潮相提並論；繼而在1996年時Street Jazz正式改組為Inflamable Records.

他的作品以濃厚的爵士味為底，並參揉極具現代感的Hip-Hop style，不同於現下了無變化的沙發音樂合輯，在你感受Jazz優雅的慵懶紓緩之際還能同時聽見弛放又細緻的法式Hip-Hop樂曲。而<Rebirth of Cool>也是他發出多張單曲之後的第一張專輯，Enjoy it!
